The firm

Apomat is a London refurbishment company led by Apostolos. We fit bathrooms and kitchens, paint and decorate, and take on full refurbishments, including the awkward parts: moving walls, reworking layouts and putting right whatever the building throws up along the way.

  1. 01

    Open up and rework

    Plumbing, waste lines and timber framing are reworked for the new layout. Studs are reinforced for wall-hung fittings and niches built into the cavities.

    Prepare and form

    Shower trays are formed, walls prepared and drains set, so the surface is right before a single tile goes on.

    Set out and tile

    Large-format porcelain is set out and levelled so the lines run true, with the waste centred in the pattern.

    Finish and light

    Cove ceilings, lit niches, brassware and ventilation with a timer and humidity sensor, so the room stays as good as it looks.
